What You’ll Be Doing   Cadmus seeks experienced candidates to support our Homeland Security clients with emergency management and cybersecurity exercises. You will support both government and private sector clients in preparing for catastrophic disasters and complex cyber-attacks. What You’ll Be Doing   This position will support domestic and international climate resilience with a strong emphasis on the water sector by providing technical assistance and managing tasks across multiple contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Agency for International Development, and other clients. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality products and services to clients in the areas of resilience, climate risk management, climate adaptation, water and climate modeling, water security, and water resources management.   This position requires previous professional experience with climate resilience, ideally with a specific focus on the water sector. This includes conducting research on and assessing climate impacts, risks, and vulnerabilities; identifying and implementing climate resilience strategies and solutions; integrating climate resilience into policies and procedures; and developing tools and models in support of climate resilience and resilience in drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater management. The selected candidate will apply their knowledge, skills, and experience with climate and water resilience research, tools, and data to plan and complete activities that include research, data analysis, climate risk evaluation, technical document drafting, and preparing educational, training, or outreach materials.   The position will regularly interact with clients and external federal, state, and local entities to understand their challenges, discuss solutions, present methods and results, and gather feedback. What You’ll Be Doing   Cadmus seeks an experienced project manager and researcher to join the Market Research & Customer Insights team in the Energy Services Division. For this role, Cadmus seeks candidates with professional experience in program evaluation, social science research methods, and/or energy efficiency or sustainability. The Associate will be expected to work directly with utility clients to manage energy efficiency evaluation projects. Responsibilities include managing, assigning, and executing evaluation research with the support of the project’s principal investigator; scoping evaluation research plans; guiding the development of written deliverables; developing and monitoring project timelines; managing budget tracking, invoicing and staff workload projections for projects. Proven ability to manage multifaceted and multi-year projects with numerous workflows is essential. Experience specifically with energy efficiency and demand responses is preferred, but not required.   The Associate should have professional experience leading teams of engineers, statisticians, analysts and/or qualitative researchers. Candidates should also be highly motivated to perform and learn, be able to work collaboratively and independently, manage assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with minimal input from supervisors, and have exceptional written, verbal, and research skills.   The Associate will independently manage long-term and short-term research projects, including conducting market research activities such as interviews, secondary research, analysis, and creating written reports and presentations of the findings, conclusions and recommendations.
