What You’ll Be Doing

 

Cadmus is seeking a full-time Operations Analyst to provide support to the International Development Division (IDD) Operations Team. The Operations Analyst will support planning, organizing and coordinating IDD corporate and project operations activities and will work across IDD Lines of Business. The Operations Analyst will report to the IDD Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of standardized project management and operational processes and systems for international development projects implemented globally
  • Assist with developing standardized project management tools and templates for activity planning, deliverable tracking, financial management and reporting, etc.; reviewing and monitoring different tools and processes for efficiency and necessary updates
  • Support routine financial and reporting processes execution, such as scheduling Division/LOB project management review, financial management review and staff planning meetings; assist with staff planning process and corresponding reports/trackers
  • Assist with start-up and close-out of USAID and other donor field projects including establishing field operations, collecting documentation required for in-country registration, bank account opening, etc.
  • Assist with IDD annual budget planning and revenue forecasting process, gathering and compiling projects financial projections and monthly financial tracking and analysis
  • Provide administrative support across various areas, such as drafting consulting/vendor agreements, invoice/expense processing, documentation organization and management, and other general assistance, as needed
  • Maintain organized filing and tracking systems to ensure easy access to information, streamline workflow processes, and enhance overall efficiency within the division
  • Support management of IDD MS Teams Channels, SharePoint site(s), email distribution lists
  • Support corporate planning, reporting, and operations activities
  • Provide support to the Senior Vice President of IDD as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or Master’s Degree and up to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative or support roles in the international development field
  • Strong budgeting skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with USAID-funded and/or other donor-funded projects
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant overseas work or internship experience in a developing country context

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $60,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
