Cadmus seeks an experienced, senior member of our Energy Services consulting team as a Senior Associate. Energy Services at Cadmus provides advanced analytic and strategic consulting services to energy companies, utilities, governments, and non-profit organizations. Cadmus is a leading provider of consulting services in the areas of energy demand side management, renewable and distributed energy, sustainability, utility planning and forecasting, and other professional services. Our talented, multidisciplinary staff provides comprehensive solutions to complex energy and sustainability problems. Qualified candidates will have several years of experience in the energy industry and expertise in statistics and applied regression analysis. A primary responsibility of the job will be to advise clients on a range of complex demand side management issues regarding demand response, energy efficiency, customer behaviors, renewable energy, and distributed energy resources, as well as on energy pricing and rate design. The position will also involve new business development, serving as a technical expert, and mentoring junior staff.

This will be part of a broader approach to accelerate the adoption of energy efficiency, demand response, renewable power generation and other distributed energy resources.   The Energy Services team at Cadmus assists clients in quantifying the performance of energy projects, evaluating incentive programs, documenting energy-related building characteristics, conducting project due diligence, and providing other relevant technical expertise on a variety of energy technologies and projects. Cadmus works with a wide variety of clients, including municipalities and government agencies, electric and gas utilities, and businesses and private organizations. From research and policy development to project evaluation, our work supports the advancement of energy efficiency and distributed energy in the marketplace.   This position will be based in Boulder, CO or Portland, OR and will work closely with our staff throughout the country.
