What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus has an exciting new opportunity for an Anti-Money Laundering Senior Analyst in the Financial Services practice. We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst focusing on AML/BSA, and Fraud Model Validation to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of clients’ AML/BSA and Fraud models through rigorous validation activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various model validation activities for US regional and community banks. You will work closely with senior members of the team to evaluate model performance, identify risks, and propose actionable recommendations to mitigate these risks. Additionally, you will contribute to AML/BSA model tuning analysis and assist in devising strategies to optimize transactions monitoring effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus has an exciting new opportunity for an Asset Liability Senior Analyst in the Financial Services division. We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst focusing on Asset Liability Model Validation to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of clients’ Asset Liability Models (ALM) through rigorous validation activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various model validation activities for US regional and community banks. What You’ll Be Doing
This position will support the restoration and protection of our nation’s rivers, lakes, and coasts by providing technical assistance and managing tasks across multiple contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality products and services to clients in the areas of watershed and surface water quality management, wastewater treatment, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit compliance. Depending on candidate interests and staffing needs, this position may also support contracts related to drinking water safety and resilience.
This position requires previous professional experience with NPDES permits for wastewater discharge and one or more additional Clean Water Act programs, such as assessment of surface water quality standards, impaired waters listing, Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), or nonpoint source pollution management. The selected candidate will apply their knowledge, skills, and experience with Clean Water Act programs and related science, tools, and data to plan and complete activities that include research, data analysis, writing technical documents, and preparing educational, training, or outreach materials.
The position will regularly interact with clients and external federal, state, and local entities to understand their challenges, discuss solutions, present methods and results, and gather feedback. The position will also include project management responsibilities, such as tracking schedules, progress, and budgets, and coordinating support staff.
This position can be based out of Cadmus’ offices in Arlington, VA; Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Waltham, MA; or Madison, WI. A fully remote position may be considered.

Our Homeland Security Sector seeks qualified candidates to support program analysis, assessment, and evaluation; training design and development; doctrine, development of guidance and tools; communications; and provide programmatic support to our homeland security clients, partners, and stakeholders. Successful candidates will have a bachelors degree and seven years of demonstrated professional experience(Master’s Degree can be substituted for two years of experience) in experience with federal contract and project management and emergency management or homeland security.
