What You’ll Be Doing

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead a strategic client engagement focused on transforming business operations through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams conducting research, analysis, and solution design activities, and ensuring that project objectives are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will serve as the central point of coordination between the project team and client stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of an AI-enabled business transformation program.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.

Research, Analysis and Solution Development Oversight

  • Manage and oversee teams conducting business research, operational assessments, and process analysis.
  • Coordinate the development and evaluation of AI-enabled solutions and business transformation recommendations.
  • Monitor task dependencies and ensure alignment across project activities.
  • Support the project team in removing obstacles and maintaining delivery momentum.

Project Governance and Tracking

  • Track progress against project plans and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and decision records.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, challenges, and dependencies.
  • Ensure effective governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Communication and Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and executive briefings for client stakeholders.
  • Communicate achievements, upcoming activities, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
  • Build trusted relationships with client representatives and project sponsors.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex business transformation, consulting, technology, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience producing professional project documentation, client-facing status reports, and other project deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Telecommunications organizations, including the wireline telecommunications sector.
  • Consulting or other client-facing project environments.
  • Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management methodologies.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
