What You’ll Be Doing

 

The Junior Training and Transformation Business Analyst will evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives through surveys, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis. They are also responsible for supporting organizational change management (OCM) and communications activities, developing training and enablement materials, and driving user adoption to help ensure successful implementation of organizational, process, and technology changes.

Responsibilities

  • Measuring Success and Evaluating Results:

    • Partner with project teams to define success metrics of transformation initiatives.

    • Design and administer post-launch surveys and other feedback mechanisms.

    • Gather and analyze system data to show impact of change.

    • Synthesize stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and project metrics.

    • Develop visual dashboards, scorecards, reports, and captivating success stories to communicate progress and areas for improvement.

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Stakeholder Communications:
    • Partner with project teams to identify and assess the groups impacted by transformation initiatives.
    • Develop strategic communications and engagement plans to effectively drive adoption.
    • Draft targeted communications, including emails, presentations, FAQs, messaging, and talking points.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
    • Support leaders and change champions in driving awareness, engagement, and adoption.
    • Apply OCM methodologies and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM standards, templates, and processes.
  • Training Documentation:
    • Assess training needs and contribute to training plans.
    • Create training materials, job aids, user guides, and process documentation.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure technical training content accuracy and relevance.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in change management, communications, or training.
  • Experience designing surveys, analyzing data, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and developing training material. 
  • Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter). 
  • Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of human behavior in response to change and empathy for individuals impacted by change.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telecom build-cycle knowledge (wireless and wireline) and digital transformation initiatives
  • RFDS processes and optimization frameworks
  • Familiarity with user experience research methodologies
  • High level understanding of SAS, IS BUS-System Integration

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $78,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
