What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and optimization of full-stack applications using Angular (front-end) and C#/.NET (back-end).
  • Architecting and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.
  • Designing and managing DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Ensuring compliance with 508 accessibility standards, optimizing user experiences for all users.
  • Improving workflow automation and data processing efficiency, identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers, providing technical direction and code reviews.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, business analysts, and security specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Driving best practices in software architecture, code quality, and security compliance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the full stack.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies to enhance system performance and maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical lead, overseeing development efforts and providing guidance on Angular, C#, .NET, and LINQ.
  • Develop and optimize enterprise applications, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Manage and enhance DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, ensuring efficient deployment and monitoring.
  • Implement and validate 508 accessibility compliance across applications.
  • Lead architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows and data structures to improve system performance.
  • Perform comprehensive code reviews, enforcing best practices in development and security.
  • Support incident response and troubleshooting in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document system designs, technical solutions, and development standards.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.

Qualifications

  • DHS clearance (Active or ability to obtain).
  • US Citizenship required for federal clearance requirement.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with expertise in Angular, C#, .NET, and LINQ.
  • Strong experience in DevOps pipeline management (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline).
  • Solid knowledge of 508 accessibility compliance and implementation strategies.
  • Proven ability to optimize workflows and data processing for improved efficiency.
  • Expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
  • Strong database experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent RDBMS.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Git.
  • Proven experience in DevOps pipeline management, 508 compliance and optimizing workflows and data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of federal security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $115,000.00.  The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
