What You’ll Be Doing
The Cadmus Strategy and Transformation team seeks qualified candidates to support our federal client who is looking to support overall modernization and implementation of long-term changes stemming from multiple strategic initiatives across a large IT organization. We are looking for a Change Management and Strategic Communications Consultant to help our client innovate, support organizational changes and communicate about new technologies and processes. Working collaboratively with the larger change management team, you will ensure that stakeholder groups across the organization are informed, supported, and ready for future changes and will design and create a variety of communications tools to ensure stakeholder groups are informed and ready to accept this change. Your work may include supporting the development of a Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, conducting organizational readiness assessment and executing change activities and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities such as focus groups, surveys, interviews, and review of existing stakeholder data. Your responsibilities will include consulting with leadership and stakeholders in developing strategic communications, creating communication plans, , organizational branding initiatives, and implementing organizational effectiveness maturity models.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $85,000 The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
