What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, manage, and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that all recruiting activities are aligned with the goals of the organization. This position leads the full life cycle recruitment processes that sources and hires the best talent for Cadmus.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading collaborative recruiting programs and initiatives using a data-driven focus. The Talent Acquisition Manager sets priorities for recruiting goals and implements improvements aligned to corporate strategic imperatives. This role is responsible for leading efforts for corporate, domestic (US) and international, and contingent/proposal roles. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals and report to the CHRO.

Additional Information
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Office location is Arlington, Virginia in the Ballston area and this role is hybrid with three days required in office.
Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $160,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
