    Our Homeland Security Sector seeks qualified candidates to provide Information Technology support. Successful candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in systems engineering, software maintenance, or requirements development. Candidates must possess a B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional services firm and/or a government agency.


    Please note: 

    • This position will be located at client site and qualified applicants must be able to pass a DHS Suitability check
    • Valid in scope DoD Secret clearance is a plus



    • Analyzes and fixes system, process and data issues experienced by the client.
    • Assists with client-specific or system-wide issues and enhancements to determine areas for improvement.
    • Assists in solution recommendations, implementing fixes, and unit/system testing of these changes. This involves interfacing with relevant internal and external entities.
    • Works directly with the CIO team to clarify issues, coordinate activities and communicate results.
    • Proactively discovers new issues, documents impact of errors, and suggests process improvements.
    • Assists with testing of the client environment as needed.
    • Assists with network, infrastructure, and database administration/support
    • Participates in on-going professional development activities to build technical expertise.
    • Proactively report issues and communicate status to affected parties regularly; especially when there are roadblocks or successful completion is at risk.
    • Provide documented, thorough, solution alternatives and recommendations on issues and process improvements.


    • B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
    • At least 4 years’ experience supporting IT projects.
    • Excellent writing/editing, analytical, communications, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software programs including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of C#, .NET framework, or JavaScript preferred.
    • Command of the English language in both written and spoken format.
    • As a representative of Cadmus, possess the ability to demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment in interactions with clients and colleagues.
    • Candidates selected will be subject to a security investigation and should be able to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
    • Experience working with a professional services consulting firm, DHS, Public Health, and/or the Federal Government is highly preferred.
